How To Make Vietnamese Coffee At Home

Is there anything better than a cup of coffee in the morning?! For my fellow coffee lover who is craving Vietnamese Coffee at home. I am sharing my method to make it at home and you can literally have it whenever you want. Try it out and I am sure that you will be absolutely hooked.

I can't say that my way is the authentic way but it sure does fulfil a need for something strong and sweet. The coffee is rich and smooth with a chocolatey hint. The condensed milk provides the perfect touch of sweetness that complements the coffee so wonderfully.

What you need:

Instructions:
  1. Add condensed milk to your glass (adjust the amount depending on your preference for sweetness).
  2. Add coffee ground to the filter and press down the gravity insert.
  3. Add a little bit of water, just so the coffee ground "bloom" and expand.
  4. Pour the rest of the water into the filter and put on the cover.
  5. Wait for the coffee to finish dripping.
  6. Remove the filter from the glass.
  7. Stir the coffee and condensed milk together.
  8. Enjoy!

  1. Wow it looks so easy! I've never tried it before but I don't like normal coffee, so I think this would be one I might like instead as I love anything chocolatey xxx
